The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
This website and online shop is operated by Florian Braun - Disc Wolf. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Florian Braun - Disc Wolf, Saengerweg 17, 79576 Weil am Rhein. Florian Braun - Disc Wolf offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
The purchase contract is concluded with Florian Braun - Disc Wolf.
The product descriptions contained in the seller's online shop do not represent binding offers on the part of the seller, but are used to make a binding offer by the customer; Errors in the representation remain reserved.
You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Products, Services and Delivery
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display every color accurately. The exact color names of the products cannot always be clearly named and are sometimes in transition between different shades.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
If the product specified by the customer in the order is only temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer of this immediately. If there is a delay in delivery of more than two weeks after the contract has been concluded, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Furthermore, in this case we are also entitled to withdraw from the contract. We will immediately refund any payments the customer may have already made.
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address may differ from the billing address. If no delivery address is specified, is delivered to the billing address.
4. Prices and payment
The prices in our online shop are stated in euros and include packaging and the applicable sales tax. In addition to the stated product prices, there are shipping costs. The corresponding shipping costs in accordance with our shipping conditions must be borne by the customer.
The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:
Credit card
During the ordering process you provide your credit card details. Your card will be debited at the latest after the goods have been dispatched.
PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal and authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Google Pay
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple and have the Apple Pay function activated , identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information can be found in the respective payment option and in the ordering process.
Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The goods remain our property until full payment.

9. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
10. Liability
Customer claims for compensation are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body, health or from the violation of essential contractual obligations, as well as liability for other damages if they are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the contractual objective. However, in the event of a simple negligent violation of essential contractual obligations, we are only liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
These restrictions also apply in favor of our legal representatives and vicarious agents if claims are asserted directly against them. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
11. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the laws on the international purchase of movable goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.
12. Returns - Right of withdrawal
Consumers who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity have a legal right of withdrawal as follows.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period and right of return is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the (last) goods. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are completely non-returnable:
- Gift vouchers
- Used/Thrown Disc Golf Discs and other used products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)
- Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
12.1 Refunds
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.
12.2 Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

12.3 Exchanges
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. Slight irregularities and imperfections in the products are unavoidable due to manufacturing reasons and do not qualify for exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email with pictures of the defect or damage to info@discwolf.com.
12.4 Shipping

You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.
The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country and location in which you reside.
If you are shipping an item worth over €50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
