Formerly known as the CD2, this disc was renamed to CD1, Control Driver 1.
It is an excellent driver for a beginner's first distance throws. Experienced players use it for shot shaping. It plays somewhat like a thrown-in PD, maintaining glide but still providing enough stability for a gentle fade at the end.
If you had to play a round with just one disc, the CD1 would be a good choice.
Flight characteristics: Speed 9 / Glide 5 / Turn -1 / Fade 2

C Line
C-Line is Discmania's most durable plastic, and discs in this plastic retain their original flight characteristics for quite a long period of time. Whether in heavily wooded areas or on extremely rough courses, C-Line plastic is resilient and can withstand heavy impact well. Furthermore, C-Line plastic offers a good grip and a nice translucent look. Generally, C-Line is the most overstable plastic blend from Discmania.
