Flo (100m throwing distance, 929 Rating in 2026)

Hi,

as a family dad, I've been playing since the end of 2021. Currently I am working on throwing further. I can consistently throw 100 meters and 115 meters when the timing is right. I hardly ever throw putters and instead of using my forehand, I throw with my other hand. I practice 1-2 times a week for 30 minutes and play a round when I have time.

These recommendations are suitable for players who can consistently throw 100 meters.
